Run for Humanity 2009 & Malaysian Red Crescent Photo Competition
I am honored and very privilege to be able to contribute in a small way to the Malaysian Red Crescent Society cause by becoming a photo judge for their Voluntary Aid Detachment (Pasukan Bantuan Sukarela) unit's Photography competition.
The competition is held in conjunction with their Run for Humanity 2009 on the 8th of August 2009 at Taman Tasik Perdana (Lake Gardens).
The Run for Humanity is to celebrate the 60th Anniversary of the Geneva Convention held on the 12 of August 1949.Other activities on the day includes a painting competition for secondary school children.
There will also be a mystery prized for the “Best Dressed Humanity Outfit”. That should be fun to watch, and all this in the name of charity! Don't miss it and come join in the fun!
