12 Course Degustation Dinner by Private Chef Ms. Isadora Chai from Sydney

Dear All,

Shirlyn and I was privilege to host dinner for a group of good friends at Villa KIDCHAN recently. The 12 course degustation dinner was prepared by Private Chef for Hire, Ms. Isadora Chai from Sydney.

I first met Ms. Chai when photographing her wedding about two years ago. She is now a sought-after private chef and food stylist in Sydney. Our distinguished guest included Ms Elizabeth Lee, Executive Director of Sunway University College , Mr. Cheah Ming Chiew, Legal Eagle & Partner of Shearn Delamore Mr. Vijayan venugopal & Wife Gauri, PR King Syed Mohammed Idid.

Maple Syrup coddled with asparagus & crouton dust

Walnut, Cognac & Prosciutto tart



Five Spiced Grand Marnier & mandarin duck gizzard filletes

Scallops in Ginger & Shallot Cream Warmed French Goats Cheese in chilled Beetroot Puree

Smoked green tea Prawns with Wasabi Bearnaise, Chilli and Lobster Oil


Sesame Seed Crysted Atlantic Salmon with grea tea buckwheat noodles


Seared wild Kangaroo with Paris Butter Truffle (Half bottle worth of truffle oil) Potato Puree French beans
