Joke of the Day & my pillar of strenght
Dear All,
The following joke is inspired by my darling princess 1 - Faith. The inspiration came when her Maternal grandma was trying to teach her to speak Mandarin during dinner. While being proficient in English, her first 4 syllable word being war-zer-meh-lon (watermelon), she refused to speak in Mandarin. We are conspiring so that she will pick it up. After all Mandarin will become very useful when China eventually dominates the commerce world.
Enough about business, here is the joke (Rated 2 years old and above)
Question: What is the favourite fruit of a CHINESE cow? Answer: MOOOOOOO- GWAH (papaya)
hehe, i know a bit lame but it is so cute to see Faith innocently calling her granny cow when she went MOOO-GWAH! It's one of those you must be there to see it moment, just glad that me and Shirlyn was there to catch it.
About Shirlyn, she has just returned from only one month of maternity for half day half week work. Thank GOD! It is no secret wife-y dearest is my pillar of strength:)

greetings! The other day Puteri Gunung Ledang aka Datin Seri Tiara Jacquelina drop in KIDCHANSTUDIO:) As usual, what for? You have to wait:).

While she was here we to flipped through the Malaysia Tatler Society Magazine, the Essential guide to the Social Season 2007 which Datin Seri look fabulous on its cover.
As we flipped through the magazine, the article Party Perfect caught my eye.
I saw many familiar faces, do you? LOOK CAREFULLY!
that's right, What luck? I am right at the spine!!I have the magazine for 3 months and did not realized I was in it! I was photographed next to fellow cempakans Alwi Kamarrudin and the very stunning Shaline Gnanalingam (One of Malaysia's for eligible) haha Then as i flipped on, i also realized KIDCHANSTUDIO had two weddings published. Unfortunately, the CREDIT MENTION was missing.
One of the wedding was of Fellow Top 40 under 40s - Rueben Gnanalingam of Westport and his lovely wife, KL STYLE ICON Shirieene Hajamaideen, co-owner of MAIZEN with Rekha Sen.
Well at least the included one of my favourite images from the wedding, a group shot of the couple with their 7 stunning bridesmaids.
The second credit mention missing was the wedding of our Hong Kong based couple Ashling Geh & Peter Warnes in Four Seasons Langkawi.
This is actually a work in progress. The organizer of Style Weddings needed it in one day. Once we amend it we will repost. Till then-enjoy, and let me know what you think k? OH PLEASE WATCH IT WITH SOUND:)

Adira Chan Jia Qi, you are such a beautiful girl and you look so much like kar-cheh when you were born. Daddy and Ah Ma named you Adira to wish you are strong. Malaysia's first truly global superstar and former Miss Malaysia Datuk Michelle Yeoh & her fiancee Datuk Seri Jean Todt, Ferrari motor-racing team boss is in the midst of plannning their wedding according to the Straits Times Singapore.
The gorgeous former Bond girl made the announcement as she arrived at the Asian Film Awards in Hong Kong.
Wedding banquets will be held in Italy, Malaysia and Hong Kong.

The Wedding of Selina & Niklas at Dewan Merak Kayangan
Dear All,
Last week I attended the wedding of Selina & Niklas at the Dewan Merak Kayangan. It was very special because, I don't get to attend many weddings as a guest.
I am normally a working Guest or I don't get to attend at all.To ensure i don't end up "WORKING", I decided to go to the wedding with my trusted Point & Shoot DSC-W100 instead of my professional Nikon bodies.
It was also special because it's in this very same hall, that I photographed many memorable Malay weddings. I belief it's all this weddings that paved way for me to be acknowledged as the pioneer of Malay wedding photojournalism.
I also get to catch up with many good friend and clients, such as Azmil & Nadia , highschool friend Fariz & his very knowlegeable GF Nadia , the ALL GROWN UP Didi and her cousin with great voice Nyna and many more.
Without getting way too sentimental, here are some of the images:

The only REGRET of the party: after one night together wwith so many bloggers, my england suddenly become very powderful. All my adjective like lah and one, all also come out....I guess i need to go back to England Klass.....
And finally, my favourite part of the party apart from all the GREAT company and food is they keep thanking me for doing nothing....SERIOUS......
they EVEN gave me a CERT for it! Maybe they should also give me a T-shirt to go with kenny's boxer!

It is such a coiincidence that barely a week after Malaysia's sexiest blogger Mr. Kenny Sia, mentioned my name together with Ms Joyce Wong (more famously known as the Kinkybluefairy) in once sentenced- we met at the launch of Style Magazine.

Ms. Joyce, imho is the hottest blogger that i ever met. However we have a very separate account on the encounter. Her's being very modest.
In her post she said i just called her the blogger girl. But i clearly remember saying something like "Hey Joyce, you are the Hottest blogger i ever met/read. And I am a BIG FAN!"
I am sure by now if you haven't see her in the newspapers, you are dying to see her face!

Btw, Style:Weddings (Malaysia)just hit the bookstore. Fabulous magazine, will review it later. it is the malaysian version of Singapore's best selling weddding magazine -Style Weddings!
