Unveiling of the Faces of Melvin Lam 2007
Melvin Lam Haute Couture- the official couturier for the yet-to-be-crowned Miss Malaysia/World 2007 , recently threw a lavish black tie event at the Parkroyal Hotel that saw the attendance of many who's who of Kuala Lumpur including 12 Ambassadors/High Commissioner of Foreign Missions in Malaysia.
The event also saw the unveiling of the Faces of Melvin Lam 2007, and I was truly honoured to be part of the truly eclectic mix of some of Malaysia’s best known and well loved faces.

The Faces of 2007 includes blue-blooded Princess of Selangor, YAM Tunku Puteri Dato Zahariah, award-winning actress Syarifah Amani of SEPET fame, Malaysia Idol Jaclyn Victor, Master hairstylist Winnie Loo of A Cut Above fame, Miss Chinese International Rachel Tan Weng Kim, former Platters singer the Legendary Mr. Mike Davis, popular socialites Datin Maylene Yong, Datin Nina Omar,Ace Tang, Livelife COO Aileen Chan and completing the list is yours truly.

The Multi talented Melvin Lam, who made his name his name launching three successful magazines (V MAG Chinese, V MAG English and i-feel) and producing plays like ‘Leslie The Legend’ & ‘Remembering Leslie and Anita’ is available for special tailor to made commission work. Melvin Lam Haute Couture is based at the Explore Floor, Starhill Gallery.
I take this opportunity to thank Mr. Melvin Lam for this honour and wish him well for his upcoming participation in the 2nd Islamic Fashion Week in Jakarta in July 2007.
